This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback was imported from the US into Belgium at the end of 2014. The car was cosmetically restored and mechanically thoroughly underpinned. The whole is in a nice overall and functional condition.
This is an original US car, but has been in Belgium for a long time. The car was fully restored in 1995 at carrosserie Alpha in Antwerp, and received the look of the famous ’68 Mustang of Steve Mc Queen from the movie Bullit (partly).
A couple of years ago the car was mechanically restored on request of the owner by a Mustang garage in Zolder (BE). The engine was tuned, the brakes overhauled and the differential replaced.
The Mustang is a very popular classic, especially in combination with older models like this fastback bodywork with V8 engine. The advantage with this Mustang is that many parts are available for a reasonable price.
