Bentley 3,5L Sport

About this car

We are very proud to present this seldom-seen two-tone lady!
Originally, this 1934 Bentley was a a 4-seat sport saloon car.
End ’80s it was rebuilt to the 3 1/2 Litre Rolls-designed Bentley, the only Bentley ever built by Rolls-Royce that was raced with the assistance of the Derby factory.

Edward Ramsden “Eddie” Hall, Yorkshire industrialist, was one of the earliest purchasers of this 3 1/2 Litre sporting model. He took his Rolls-Bentley to Italy to learn the circuit prior to running the Mille Miglia in an MG K3 Magnette. Some 4000 miles in his practice car convinced him that this  Rolls designed Bentley deserved to be raced too. Back home he tried to convince Rolls-Royce for sponsorship but finally Derby agreed to modify the car for Hall to enter in the Tourist Trophy, Britain’s most prestigious road race. Hall competed there three successive years and achieved impressive performances.

This fantastic recreation (rebodied 4-seat sport saloon car) comes with an impressive documentation that tells its entire history.

Very well serviced by the careful pre owners, this Mille Miglia eligible car is also provided with a Fia Pass.
